Who can participate?
The event is open to all, you only to respect the age limits that differ depending on the tracks. You can find all these information in the race regulations, section “registration – bib numbers”.
For the timed races, you must present a medical certificate. To learn more about the compulsory documents, see “Which documents do I need to present to validate my registration?” below.

We received your medical certificate correctly, you will receive a confirmation email once your medical certificate is validated by our team.
We didn’t receive your medical certificate
Your file is complete
Your medical certificate cannot be accepted because it is not valid. You should have received an email explaining the reason for rejection
We have a lot of requests to process, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your medical certificate is validated by our team.
Warning : you won’t be able to collect your bib number if your file is not complete.
How can I modify my registration?
Modification of personal information
If you wish to modify your personal information (adress, emergency contact, phone…) or add the shuttle option, please click on this link:
Warning : you won’t be able to modify the fields : name, first name, date of birth, gender and email. If you wish to modify these fields, please contact us by using the contact form.
Track change – solo race
It is possible to change your track, within the limit of the bib numbers available.
- From one race to a shorter distance race : no refund
- From one race to a longer distance race : refund based on the distance difference and the current rate.
In order to know the deadline if you wish to change race, please consult the race regulations.
Please contact us using the link below, mandatorily indicating :
Your name, first name, registration code, race on which you are registered and the race on which you wish to be registered, and the mention “I accept the modification conditions indicated in the race regulations”
You will receive a confirmation email once the modification is effective.
Which documents do I need to present to validate my registrartion ?
Registered runners must present a FFA license, up to date on the day of the event, or a medical certificate dated less than one year on the day of the event and mentionning that there are no contraindications regarding the practice of “running competitions” and “sports competitions”.
No other mention will be accepted.
For minors, it is necessary to have a parental permission, the downloadable model is available on the section “Useful documents”
These documents need to be doxnloaded upon your registration.
How to receive my confirmation email?
You normally received a confirmation email after your registration. If you didnt receive it or mistakenly deleted it you can ask for a new sending of the email, by going to the registered runners list. On the left of your name, you’ll find this icon :
Is it possible to register more than one person at the same time?
Yes, it is possible, once the first registration is recorded, you just need to click on “add a registration”, you will then be able to pay once for all the registrations.

No, you cannot present your medical certificate while collecting your bib number, this document needs to be uploaded to your online registration file before 19/11/2019 :
Do you propose a solution in case of cancellation?
If you subscribed to a guarantee of cancellation, you can benefit from it. Please consult the race regulations, section “Cancellation / subscription modification” for additional details.
If you didn’t subscribe to a guarantee of cancellation, you can transfer your registration to another runner if you know someone wishing to participate. Transfer is authorized but it is compulsory to notify us about it.
To transfer your bib number to another person, you only need to :
Go to your subscription file by clicking on this link
- Enter the codes in the confirmation email sent to you after your registration
- Click on “transfer my bib number”
- Enter the email adress of the person replacing you
The person replacing you will then be able to register by paying the registration fee (current rate) via the transfer email she received. Refund : the transaction fee and 3€ for processing your file will be withdrawn from the refund of your registration costs. The refund will be transferred once your replacement’s registration is recorded. You will then receive a confirmation email. Bib number transfer is possible (see deadline on the race regulations, section “cancellation / registration modification”) No transfer can be done at the date and place of the event.
How to use the guarantee of cancellation ?
Insured : any person who has subscribed to the guarantee of cancellation during registration.
– Acceptation guarantee : accident, serious illness, incapacity to practice running.
It is necessary to provide us with a medical certificate signed ans stamped by the doctor attesting of the contraindication to take part in the race.
Condition of compensation : Any refund request must be accompanied with the medical certificate, no later than – see date on race regulations – (section “Cancellation / registration modification”). These documents must be sent by mail to Extra Sports – Marathon INternational du Beaujolais – 5 rue Vauban – 69006 Lyon, France.
Refund : the transaction fee, 4€ for processing your file and the cost of tue guarantee will be retained from the cost of the race.
How do I transfer my registration to another person?
Solo race
Bib number transfer is possible (see deadline on the race regulations, section “cancellation / registration modification”) No transfer can be done at the date and place of the event.

The person replacing you will then be able to register by paying the registration fee (current rate) via the transfer email she received.
